# Présentation du cours : répondre aux besoins du club

Le cours **« Répondre aux besoins du club »** applique la méthodologie data à une problématique concrète de recrutement. L’objectif est de montrer comment partir d’un besoin formulé en langage footballistique et le transformer en critères permettant de rechercher des profils.

Par exemple, un club ne demande pas nécessairement : **« Trouve-moi un joueur avec telle statistique. »**
Il peut rechercher : **« Un milieu capable de faire progresser le ballon et de jouer sous pression. »**

Le travail du Data Analyst consiste alors à réfléchir aux indicateurs susceptibles d’aider à identifier des profils correspondant à cette description.
